2. Read all about the event
- Information about the tickets (downside, under the list), different categories (enlarge map available) and prices.
3. Choose your ticket:
- Choose any category of tickets and write below the price the number of tickets you are interested in.
- Click on “Tickets” to start the purchase process.
4. Register:

If it is your first purchase and you are not registered, make your order filling the form, so we can deliver it to you. Fill in your user name/email and password to avoid registering in the future and keep them in a secure place.

If you are registered enter your user name/email and password and click on the "Entry" button to charge your personal details.
5. Choose the payment method:
- Choose how you wish to receive your order.
6. Choose the delivery method:
- Choose how you wish to pay your order.
7. Subscribe to our Newsletter:
- To be updated about our offers and promotions.
8. Accept the Legal Ad:
- Read the Terms and Conditions and accept once you agree.
9. Confirm
- Click on the "Confirm" button to confirm your order.

A) If you have chosen credit card payment (virtual TPV), fill out the required data in the bank website (Servired) and click on the “Accept” button.

B) If you have chosen another form of payment, follow the instructions and write down or print your order data in order to be able to make later managements on this one.
10. Received
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information at the email address you have provided us. A few days after complete payment, your order will be shipped to the indicated address.
Prices
All the prices are shown and charged in Euros. However, if you want to convert them into another currency, we provide you with a link to a currency convertor on the menu placed at the top of the home page.
Ticket prices reflected on the web site correspond to the total sum of the face value of the ticket and its management cost.
Payment methods
- - Credit Card payment: we accept all the bank cards (except American Express). The payment with card will bear a bank commission on the total amount of the purchase (shipment included).
- - Credit Card payment (Servired payment platform): you will be derived to the payment gangplank of Servired so that you can introduce the data of your card and do the payment.
- - Bank Income/Transfer: CajaMadrid, Caja España or La Caixa banks. Without additional costs. If you decant for the transfer, you will send the voucher scanned to this email address info@fans-tickets.es
- - Cash payment: only in the office of Madrid/Barcelona. We advice use this method with the enough advance to the celebration of the event.
- - Telephone purchase: call us to any of our telephones and we will help you in your purchase. You should only have near the credit card with which you want to carry out the purchase.
Payment must be satisfied with enough advance to allow time for management and delivery of tickets. It will usually require 24 to 48 hours for shipments out of Madrid and Barcelona maybe more for foreign destinations. Hence we suggest bank card and cash bank payments as best options.
Unlike many of our competitors, we offer you the possibility to have an invoice of your purchase sent to you. It will include in detailed form the cost of all the products included in the order, management costs and taxes.
