FANSTICKETS is barely an intermediate for the purchase of the tickets, therefore, our contractual relationship will finish at the moment you receive your order and give your conformity to the reception. From this moment onward, event terms and conditions stated for the tickets you have purchased apply. However, in FANSTICKETS we put ourselves at your disposition for any help or information you may need from that moment on.
The orders placed through FANSTICKETS's website will have the same validity than a CONTRACT and will be binding for FANSTICKETS and the CUSTOMER as soon as the order has been confirmed and accepted in STEP 2 of the purchase process (has the order been paid for or not). Therefore, you will be required to satisfy the total amount of the order even if the payment option you have selected during the process does not imply immediate payment.
FANSTICKETS holds the right to cancel the contract if the CUSTOMER doesn’t accomplish the deposit of the total amount of the order or if it considers it´s impossible to achieve the task assigned for lack of time or media, with no other obligation than money return.
