FANSTICKETS offers you different delivery methods for your order. However, you must consider the organization of each event does not make its tickets available until a few days prior to the celebration. Therefore, we are not able to send your order as soon as we would wish to. Hence, we beg you take this factor into consideration when choosing one of the following delivery methods:

Courier delivery: we will get your order through our courier partner to any address you provide. Delivery price depends of the place of reception. We advise you read our Terms And Conditions paragraph relating to "responsibility on delivery".

Office pick up: with no additional cost.

Delivery at the place of celebration: at the surroundings of the place where the event will be celebrated. Pick up of tickets will be available an hour before the event’s appointed beginning time in the case of events celebrated in Madrid and Barcelona cities or whenever specifically announced on our website.

Delivery at the hotel: at the same cost of shipment to the country where it is located*.
Delivery of orders at home addresses:
When you request delivery of your order to a home address, we understand this location to be of your maximum confidence and will therefore deliver to any available person. If you do not agree to these terms, we beg you detail on your order the authorized person for delivery (please fill in the "Observations" gap available on step 2 of the purchase process).
Another option is to send an email to info@fans-tickets.es to request the delivery at a set time, in order to avoid possible return by the courier company. If this would happen, we will do everything possible to have your order delivered to you on time for the celebration of the event, in the understanding that you will loose the right to claim money back if this would not be the case.
No limit date for order or delivery:
Due to the nature of our work, we can send orders up to the same day the event takes place. The tickets are not printed until a few days before the celebration of the event. We will announce the printing and delivery of orders as soon as possible for each event under the chapter "Tickets emission" included in section "Ticket information".
Shipment tracking:
In order to know at what point your order's shipment is, you only have to request the dispatch number of your order at any one of our telephones or by e-mail to info@fans-tickets.es.
